1. The service
Stalvek is a habit tracking app. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must give a valid email address.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the app, attempt to break or reverse engineer it, or access other people's accounts.
- Do not use it in a way that is unlawful.
4. Stalvek Pro
Paid features are sold as subscriptions or one-time purchases through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Prices, billing, renewals, cancellation and refunds follow the rules of the store you bought from. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your store account settings.
5. Your data
Your habit data is yours. How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Not advice
Stalvek is a tracking tool. It does not provide medical, health or professional advice.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the app available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features, and we may update these terms; continued use means you accept the updated terms.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Termination
You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence still apply.
